Thomas Bernard Larkin (1890-1968) was born in Louisburg, Wisconsin. B.A. He received his commission in the Corps of Engineers from West Point in 1915, and served with the Punitive Expedition into Mexico in 1916 and 1917. He served with the AEF in World War I, then served as assistant military attaché in Tokyo from 1921 to 1923. Ernest C. Hardin, Jr., (1916-1986) was born in Wheatcroft, Kentucky. He was Director of Operations, 6th Air Division at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida from 1953 to 1954, and from 1958 to 1960, was Deputy Commander of the Sixteenth Air Force at Torrejon Air Base in Spain. In 1973, he was appointed Deputy Commander in Chief of the Readiness Command at MacDill Air Force Base. He retired from Air Force service in June 1975.
